- MBA /MS in Human Resource
Experience: (No. of Years)
- 2 + Years in HR
- Experience of working in IT industry is a plus
Job Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an HR Generalist / Executive or similar role
- Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced & challenging environment
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who proactively takes ownership.
- Unquestioned integrity along with experience, confidence, and stature to effectively address sensitive HR and business issues.
- Excellent organization, time management & prioritization skills.
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
- Must have the ability to work under pressure and work to deadlines
