• IBM Storage Protect (TSM / Spectrum Protect)
• Veeam, Rubrik, or Cohesity
• SaaS & Enterprise Customer Success
• Backup & Data Protection Technologies
• CRM Platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Gainsight)
• Jira / Support Ticketing Systems
• Technical Account Management
• Customer Retention & Stakeholder Management
