Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated AI Engineer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and data engineering, along with the ability to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for real-world applications
• Build and optimize data pipelines for training and inference
• Work on NLP, Computer Vision, or Predictive Modeling use cases
• Fine-tune and deploy pre-trained models (e.g., LLMs, transformers)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, data, and engineering
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency
• Implement MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and versioning
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field
• 3–4 years of experience in AI/ML development
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Experience with NLP or Computer Vision projects
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, or transformer-based models is a plus
• Strong understanding of statistics, algorithms, and data structures
• Experience with REST APIs and model deployment
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow)
• Exposure to big data tools like Spark or Hadoop
• Experience working with real-time data processing systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
