We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in both technical and non-technical hiring to join our team at Intagleo Systems.

???? Key Skills & Experience Required:

• End-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
• Strong experience in IT hiring (Developers, DevOps, QA, etc.)
• Exposure to non-technical hiring (Sales, HR, Operations)
• Expertise in LinkedIn sourcing, headhunting, and Boolean search
• Hands-on experience with ATS/HRMS systems
• Strong understanding of job descriptions & stakeholder requirements
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
• Experience in offer management & onboarding processes
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
