We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Caller / SDR based in the United States to support our outbound sales efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record in cold outreach, lead qualification, and closing deals.
???? Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Present company services and value propositions effectively
- Manage and track leads through the sales pipeline (CRM)
- Handle objections and convert prospects into qualified opportunities
- Schedule meetings and support the sales closing process
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
✅ Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Experience in B2B sales or tech/software services
- Familiarity with sales scripts, objection handling, and call strategies
- Prior experience working with US-based clients or markets
