Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with at least 1 year of experience in cold calling and appointment setting within the IT industry, specifically targeting clients in the USA and Gulf regions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to generate qualified leads and set appointments
Identify potential clients in the USA and Gulf regions
Maintain and update CRM with lead and call information
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine outreach strategies
Follow up on leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls and appointments
Requirements:
✅ 1+ year of experience in cold calling/lead generation/appointment setting in the IT sector
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
✅ Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach platforms
✅ Understanding of IT services (web/mobile development, cloud, software solutions, etc.)
✅ Comfortable working in night shifts or overlapping with US/Gulf time zones
