Position Details: DevOps Engineer

DevOps/TechOps Engineer (Magento)

Responsibilities:

•             Design, implement, and manage cloud-based infrastructure for hosting Magento applications.

•             Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for Magento applications

•             Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of Magento applications

•             Monitor and optimize Magento application performance and resolve any issues on time

•             Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration between development and deployment environments

•             Design and implement disaster recovery and backup solutions

•             Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards

•             Continuously monitor and improve infrastructure performance, reliability, and scalability

•             Participate in the on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support

•             Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in DevOps and cloud technologies

Requirements:

•             5-6 years of experience in DevOps/TechOps with a focus on Magento

•             Experience, working with AWS Services (Kubernetes, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, System Managers, DynamoDB)

•             experience with AWS DevOps, building end-to-end CI/CD pipelines. (AWS Developer Tools, GitLab, Jenkins, etc.)

•             Strong knowledge of hosting Magento applications in cloud environments, especially AWS

•             Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash or PHP

•             Proficient in using configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef or Puppet

•             Knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements

•             Strong understanding of networking concepts and experience with networking tools such as VPC, VPN, etc.

•             Excellent problem-solving and people skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

•             AWS Cloud Architect Certification is preferred.

•             Good understanding of Agile methodologies

•             AWS Cloud Architect Certification is preferred

•             Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
